Through a comprehensive exploration of various topics informed by commonly seen areas of challenge, this course empowers therapists to effectively name growth edges, connect and identify therapist parts, differentiate between Self and Self-like parts, access clients Self to befriend their parts, navigate polarizations, incorporate the body and parts mapping into therapy, and address different types of legacy burdens.
