The advanced Continuing Education course, "Creating Connections: A Deeper Dive into Internal Family Systems," builds upon the foundational knowledge gained from completing Level 1 Internal Family Systems (IFS) training. This course aims to enhance the participants' understanding and application of the IFS model, enabling them to develop deeper connections with themselves, their clients, and further facilitate transformative therapeutic experiences. Through a comprehensive exploration of various topics informed by commonly seen areas of challenge, this course empowers therapists to effectively name growth edges, connect and identify therapist parts, differentiate between Self and Self-like parts, access clients Self to befriend their parts, navigate polarizations, incorporate the body and parts mapping into therapy, and address different types of legacy burdens.
